Please remember there are important TIME LIMITS

Unfair Dismissal: An unfair dismissal application must be lodged with the Fair Work Commission within 21 days of the dismissal coming into effect.

Adverse Action (General Protections):  Where a dismissal is involved, an adverse action (general protections) application must now also be lodged with the Fair Work Commission within 21 days of the dismissal coming into effect.

The time limits are only extended in exceptional circumstances.
